Sean Harvey

Sean Harvey is the founder of the Warrior Compassion Institute (WCI) and a strategic advisor, facilitator, and educator specializing in strategic men’s engagement, bridging polarized divides, and systems change in hyper-masculine environments, including police, military, defense, government, finance, tech, energy, and construction sectors.

A fellow at American University’s Polarization & Extremism Research Lab (PERIL) and affiliated with George Washington University’s Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, Sean has held faculty positions at Cornell, NYU, and Baruch College CUNY and consulted for Fortune 500 companies, law enforcement agencies, and global NGOs. His work integrates trauma-informed facilitation, psychological safety, and cross-cultural bridge-building to drive systemic change.

He holds an MSOD from Loyola University Chicago, an MSEd from Fordham University, and is an ordained interfaith minister. Recognized as one of Philadelphia’s Top 15 Coaches by Influence Digest (2024, 2025), he also received the Saul A. Silverman 2021 Award for Conflict Resolution and Healing for his work humanizing hyper-masculine systems.
