Chairman Meow

Hello, I’m Cynthia Kao’s cat! My full name is Chairman Meow but my humans call me Chairman. I got my name because I hate bullies. I also like to sit at the head of the dining room table and command all the attention in the house. I was born July 27, 2020 and I am a Russian Blue. I can be trained and know many commands like “fetch”, “sit”, “stay”, “down”, “touch” (for high-five) and “kisses”, but I prefer to train my humans instead to do the hard work for me.

I am considered a therapy pet because when a human is stressed or have nightmares, I meow loudly and paw them or sit on their laps and purr. I also conduct random security rounds for every room in a building once every 3 hours and meow to notify once that room has been cleared and it is safe to enter. I don’t like closed doors and will tell you loudly if you have one where a possible predator could hide behind.

I love positive attention. I am jealous of other pets. I love my heated mat, spying on the neighbors and jump-scaring people. Tuna, mackerel, and cheesecake are my favorite foods. In fact, I once stole a slice of Junior’s NY Cheesecake away from my humans when they weren’t watching. I also like making sure you eat your daily serving of veggies. Here, have a tomato. I insist. Even if it’s at 4AM.
